During the retreat, you will spend a lot of time in silence, in nature, in meditation and with the practice of yoga. You will go on adventures and eat delicious nourishing food, you will also experience enrichment-educational workshops and you will be able to be completely open in this space of togetherness. You will be invited to lean on these holistic wellness tools to support your healing and internal process.

7-8:30am Guided Meditation and Breath Practice
8:30-9:30am Breakfast
9:30-12am Workshop/Ceremony/Free Time
12-1pm Lunch
1-5pm private sessions
5-6pm Yoga
6-7 Dinner
7-9pm Sound bath Ceremony
