Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All bookings are to be completed a minimum of 3 days prior to your start date.

Reservations are completed through the iHART Lens website or affiliated official booking sites.

A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled by the participant.

Credit may be applied to applicable services.

CHECK-IN:

1:1 ARRIVALS 15 min prior to your appointment

SOLO RETREAT GUEST ARRIVAL 1 pm / DEPARTURE 11 am

GROUP CLASSES/EVENTS ARRIVAL 5 min minimum prior to gathering

FACILITIES:

Welcome to our Hudson Valley Home! We open the doors to our actual home to share wellness as a lifestyle.

Participants have access to wellness spaces and common areas of the iHART Home & retreat guests that choose to stay in our home have a private bedroom with a bathroom.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All participants are requested to sign a waiver and disclose relevant medical history with instructors and hosts so we may be aware of the best practices to support you. We are not a medical facility and do not have medical staff available during visits. Our wellness offerings are NOT a replacement for mental or physical healthcare. WAIVER
