ONE MONTHLY One on One CHECK-IN sessions are focused on aligning us to the vibrations/frequencies present in the universe. 

These sessions are typically a follow-up series to your initial session to continue working on your goals.

Sound Sessions can be for relaxation - meditation - energy clearing - chakra balancing

Each session includes an extended relaxation meditation session with crystal healing and reiki to fuller ground and clear the mind body and spirit.

You will receive take-home material to continue your healings at home and review our sessions and discussions. 

Each session is 60 - 90 mins depending on style and student

One on One sessions can be tailored for the beginner - the intermediate - and the advanced. 

We  work together to expand your practice beyond where you started - at your own pace. 

 Monthly Sound Sessions are $222 ea - once a month for three months or twice a month ( $375/mo )

It is recommended to commit to 7 sessions for best results
