Teaching Yoga + Meditation since 2009 , Sara is humbled and inspired to share a combination of healing practices and ancient tools called Dosha Healing that explore yoga + aroma pranayama + crystal Reiki tailored to your specific constitution (dosha).
As a full time Yoga Instructor and Energy Healer, Sara has over 10 years experience teaching and supporting various participants from beginner to advanced in yoga and meditation to improve their overall well-being.

About the iHART Lens
Sara Hart is the founder of The iHART Lens and creates fine art photography with wooden mixed media installations to display and support the Yogic lifestyle as a Dosha Healer.
The iHART lens Home is a casual healing residency for solo and small groups of traveling healers + artists + those looking to retreat and gather together to create and maintain productive leisure and intuitive healing through communal living with yoga/meditation and art making the iHART Home.
Sara creates fine art images that document the lifestyle of the healer whether of herself, or depicting others who come to participate in the iHART Lens collective. When stay with Sara at the iHART Home or participating in a healing event - you may also be apart of a creative process to be worked into fine art.
